We assist with identifying appropriate housing options based on availability, criteria, and location, and help guide individuals through the placement process.

We do not own, operate, or manage housing and do not provide medical, clinical, or personal care services. We act as a connector and guide throughout the process.

2. Does NDY Placement & Care Coordination provide housing?

No. NDY Placement & Care Coordination does not provide housing directly. We facilitate introductions and placements between individuals seeking housing and independent housing providers.
All housing agreements are made directly between the resident and the housing provider.

3. Is NDY Placement & Care Coordination a housing provider or property manager?

No. NDY Placement & Care Coordination is not a property management company, landlord, or housing operator.
We do not manage properties, collect rent, or oversee the daily operations of any housing location.

4. Does NDY Placement & Care Coordination provide supportive or medical services?

No. NDY Placement & Care Coordination does not provide medical care, mental health services, case management, supervision, or personal care services.
Our role is limited to housing referral, placement, and coordination support.

5. Who is eligible for placement?

Individuals must be able to:

Live independently without supervision

Manage their own medications, appointments, and daily needs

Pay housing-related costs as required by the provider

Comply with the housing provider’s rules and lease terms

Eligibility is determined by the housing provider, not NDY Placement & Care Coordination.

6. Who is not a good fit for placement?

NDY Placement & Care Coordination may not be appropriate for individuals who:

Require medical, clinical, or behavioral care

Need daily supervision or personal assistance

Are seeking treatment programs, recovery housing, or therapeutic services

We can help guide individuals to appropriate resources when needed.

7. Does NDY Placement & Care Coordination guarantee placement?

No. Placement is not guaranteed. All placements are subject to:

Housing availability

Provider approval

Resident eligibility

Completion of required documentation

8. How does the placement process work?

1. An individual or referral partner submits an intake request

2. NDY Placement Services reviews basic housing criteria

3. Suitable housing options are identified

4. An introduction is made to the housing provider

5. Final approval and agreements are handled directly by the provider

9. Are there fees for placement services?

Placement fees, if applicable, are determined by the housing provider and/or referral agreement. NDY Placement & Care Coordination will disclose any applicable fees prior to placement.

10. Who pays NDY Placement & Care Coordination?

NDY Placement & Care Coordination is typically compensated by the housing provider, not the individual seeking housing, unless otherwise disclosed in writing.

11. Where does NDY Placement & Care Coordination operate?

NDY Placement & Care Coordination primarily serves Metro Atlanta, GA and Tallahassee, FL, with the ability to assist in other areas based on provider availability.

12. Does NDY Placement & Care Coordination screen or approve residents?

No. NDY Placement & Care Coordination does not make final housing decisions.
All screening, approvals, and lease agreements are handled solely by the housing provider.

13. What responsibilities does NDY Placement & Care Coordination have after placement?

NDY Placement & Care Coordination may provide limited guidance after placement; however, all ongoing housing matters are handled directly between the resident and the housing provider.

14. Who sets resident criteria?

Each provider sets their own:

House rules

Lease or occupancy terms

Screening standards

NDY Placement & Care Coordination does not override provider criteria.

15. Does NDY Placement & Care Coordination guarantee placements?

No. Placements are not guaranteed and are dependent on:

Bed availability

Provider approval

Resident eligibility

Completion of all required documentation

16. Is NDY Placement & Care Coordination responsible for resident behavior?

No. NDY Placement & Care Coordination is not responsible for resident conduct, compliance, or outcomes after placement.
Housing providers retain full control and responsibility over their homes.
